"What an idiot." Gwendolyn said. I rolled my eyes and walked away.
Maybe I should try reaching the President. I thought. I start checking around if I could find him ; he was standing outside the hall , talking to some people around him.
I approached him and said "Sir! I want to tell you something!"I said.
"What? I can't hear you because of the crowd." He shouted. "SIR! CAN YOU HEAR ME??" i shouted back.
"NO! LET ME TALK TO THIS PERSON STANDING , HE IS SAYING HE KNOWS SOMETHING IMPORTANT ABOUT THE CASE!" He said.
I cannot believe that the President just ignored such a important message. I said to myself ; I realized I was fuming angry and deep down inside ; feeling completely helpless.
I reached Grace and told her not to help me anymore since I don't want to put her in this dangerous situation.

A lot of time had passed , I could not enjoy the party with so much in my mind and I completely had lost my appetite.
But wait...why haven't Gwendolyn executed her plan yet? Why is everything so normal?
Has she forgotten about her revenge? No. She spent years for this thing how can she just quit it?
Inside the hall , A very big cake appeared. It was huge and beautiful , I had never seen something like that.
I approached the cake and I accidentally stepped on a person and- CRASH. Literally messed everything up. I seriously stumbled upon the cake. I looked around ; no one was laughing or mocking , instead everyone was horrified and very frightened like- they were going to die.
I looked at the cake now ; my eyes widened , I saw a bomb there. I jumped up and said "Everyone! Calm down. This is done by a criminal who is probably around here. I will save everyone and no one will die." I said in a responsible manner.
While speaking I saw Gwendolyn smirking behind a curtain. Without thinking I went as fast as I could to catch her.
She got the signal and started running "YOU NEVER WILL BE ABLE TO CATCH ME!" she said.
"YOU WISH!" I took a short cut and came right in front of her.
Now me and Gwendolyn were struggling , for the remote. "Give it's mine-" "No mine-" I snatched it successfully and said "see hahha" I said.
"What a idiot.It is a fake remote that I made just in case. Now do whatever you want because- 3 , 2 and 1....!"
