I opened my eyes to see myself in a room with a white ceiling with the sound of a few beeping machines around me .i tried to look around the room, the place had white-colored walls, and there was a faint smell of disinfectant in the room. I looked at my clothes only to find out that I was wearing some kind of blue uniform, then it hit me. I am in the hospital.
My whole body was sore as if someone beat me for 2 hours continuously. I felt someone's hand kept on my stomach, and someone was near me. I shifted my eyes to see it was my son, aahil. He was hugging me. I tried to caress his head only to find out my second hand, an IV attached to it.
Everything flooded back to me on how I have ended in the hospital. I shifted my body to be comfortable, but my sudden movements waked my son up. he sat up and asked
