"Oh." She said. And that was the last sound she made. No scream of agony, no gasp of shock, not even a whine of strangled breath. 'Oh' and her life was over before her corpse hit the ground.
Not even gravity was forgiving, as the body fell hard enough as to create a sickening sound of bone breaking against concrete, a small crater forming from small cracks in the street.
'Oh' and she was dead, the life sucked right out of her. Heart stopped beating in her chest, blooded stopped flowing from her wounds, her lungs stopped breathing air. The girl was now nothing more than a mortally wounded thing; a cold corpse, a broken body on the ground.
Eyes wide, unseeing. Mouth open, silent.
Still, unmoving, and very much dead.
