The man came back happily to his troops. His face was brimming with joy. His happy face could be seen gleaming from his whole body. Upon seeing him, his troops rushed and asked him, "What's the good news?! Why the happy face?!!!"
The man lifted his face and spoke, "Ha! This... You guys come closer?!!"
He called his friends closer to him and whispered them, "Miss Hua and I are a thing now!!!" He then cracks up, "Hahahaha!!"
His troops were quite disheartened and displeased at the news. They immediately brushed off his words, "Huh! Don't you dare lie to us!! How could our young beautiful miss fall for you!"
The other men continued, "Yeah! How could our Young Miss Hua fall for you!!"
The handsome man couldn't believe his eyes at his friend's behaviour and their jealousness. He spoke up overconfidently, "Miss Hua has accepted my gifts! She also smiled back at me! Tell me..... does she smile at you....?? You...…..!!??? You...….!!???"
He pointed at each one of his friends and asked proudly.
One of his friends then made a suggestion, "If that's the case then you have to prove us that Miss Hua likes you otherwise we'll continue to court her!'
The man without a second thought agreed to his friend's suggestion, "Offcourse! Miss Hua likes me! I'll show you"
On the other side...….
Miss Hua continued the walk and went straight to her room. She closed the door, windows and kept the hairpin on the table. She then quickly changed her dress, removed her makeup and came back to the normal Yutao, whom everyone is familiar with.
Yutao after changing his dress rushed back to the dungeon.
There he saw the two henchmen putting red hot metal on Bojing's body, trying to make him speak and Bojing was screaming as he was being tortured.
Seeing the situation Yutao asked the two henchmen, "Anything?!"
Upon hearing Yutao's voice Bojing lifted his head and spoke, "Tch! So it's you!"
Yutao gazed furiously at Bojing and demanded, "Speak! How are you related to the Eagle bandit?!! Speak up! Otherwise, you won't be able to leave here alive!!"
Bojing acted up all crazy, his nasty behaviour ticked even at a times like this, "So??!! What if I die here?!! Do you think my father will let go of you that easily??!! Do you think you'll be able to stay alive if I die?? Do you??!! Hahahaha!!"
Yutao fumed at Bojing's nasty behaviour and ordered the henchmen, "Continue with the torture until he speaks!!"
The two henchmen immediately heeded to his words and continued with their torture double times as it was before. The red hot metal started to pierce down upon Bojing's body.
Bojing screamed out aloud unable to bear the pain.
Yutao tilted his neck sideways and gave his order, "Stop!". He then slowly went towards Bojing, lifted his face with his hands and spoke, "I don't want to kill you too! Just tell us the intel and I promise I'll let you live!"
He then stood back. There was a pause, it seemed that Bojing was thinking hard, digesting his offer. As Bojing continue to stay silent, Yutao gave his order, "Continue!". He then walked out from there. As he was about to leave the place, Bojing spoke up, "Wait! Don't...!! I'll speak!!"
Yutao turned aside and came back. He then asked him, "Shoot! What's your relationship with the Eagle bandit?!!"
Bojing spoke up hesitantly, "My father can't lift his right arm, he can't either hold or grab a thing! It was difficult for him as the head of the family therefore we kept it a secret so that no one can take advantages of it. The physician said that he can't do anything about it. He said only a celestial flower can cure his right arm! That we have to feed him the celestial flower continuously for nine months. As my Father is the head of the family, I wanted to help him so that I can earn his favour. Therefore I tried every efforts to get my hands on his cure for his arm."
Bojing further continued, "One day as I was coming out from the drug store asking for the celestial flower, the member of the Eagle bandit came to me and gave me an offer, saying that his Crime Lord can cure my father's illness, that they have the celestial flower. As I asked him for nine celestial flowers, he told me that they have a shortage of celestial flower, that they can provide one celestial flower for every one month. Therefore to help my father, I agreed to pay him thousands of gold taels for every month in exchange for one celestial flower! I only wanted to help my father!! I am not with them! Please spare me!!"
After listening to Bojing's whole story, Yutao spoke, "Then why is the Eagle bandit in the brothel house?!! You seem pretty close!? Where does he live?"
Bojing refused that he was close with the Eagle bandit, "No...no.. you got it wrong. It was the first time I invited him to lunch. We only meet near the river bank at night. After every month we do our exchange there!"
Yutao then spoke since this is the case, "When is your next meet?!"
Bojing replied hesitantly, "Tomorrow. He is four days late this time that's why I invited him to talk over lunch. I remember he promised me that he'll bring the celestial flower tomorrow"
Acknowledging his words Yutao responded, "Since this is the case you will go there and do your usual exchange, we will be watching you from behind!'
Yutao then gave orders to his men, "Quick! Drag him to the jail and lock him there!"
Following Yutao's ordered the men dragged out Bojing.

The next day........
While Xialin was sleeping inside the Giant thousands of years old spirit tree, the spirit eating monster came by sniffing the smell of Xialin. It realised that a human spirit was inside the Giant tree, therefore it tried to sneak in inside the tree, trying to feed its hungry stomach.
Just as it was about to come inside the small hole of the Giant tree, the trees immediately lifted it's green colour barrier and throws out the monster far away from the tree, making it fall on the ground.
The devilish Monster made a loud angry sound and came back again with its full swing determined to destroy the barrier.
Just as it was about to enter again he was thrown out. The barrier on the spirit tree was too strong that even a soul eater can't pass through it. Realising that he cannot go past the barrier, the monster left the place.
The loud commotion outside the tree made Xialin to slowly open up her eyes. She woke up with a big smile on her face feeling good and relaxed. There was a cool breeze blowing at her face as if the wind was celebrating her rise. She quickly got up from her sleep and saw the firefly spirit flying up excited to leave the place. Xialin came out from the tree following the firefly spirit. She gave a final goodbye greeting to the Giant old tree with her palm resting on the fist of the other hand, "Thank you for letting me sleep at your place!".
She then followed the firefly spirit and continued her journey towards the Cold palace.
