Soon after their dance practices were done, they did her the same make-up as the troupe, making her looks the same as the troupe members.
They made her wear the all pink dress which was the uniform of the troupes. She was being prepared as if she was just another extra member of the troop.
As for the additional dance part, the two leaders decided that instead of letting a newbie do the extra moves and takes the risk they decided to perform it themselves and killed the performance.
They treated the noblewoman as just another member of their troupe, no additional roles were given to her.
