Just sitting in one place and only studying is not a thing you should be proud about. See, Health also matters.
We often read in different articles, television shows nowadays that health is as important as 'wealth'.
Suppose if you're having a high fever and cold, how are you supposed to study? If your body is not in a good condition, your studies will be affected. As for adults, they have lost their enthusiasm to play games like hiding and seek on the playground. The same case is with teens.
We'd rather play games on our PlayStations or PC.
If you have no interest in playing on the playground or are introverted (resulting in having an average social life in real life), You can do workouts at home. They're popular nowadays. Those "2-week shred" challenges, etc.
You don't need to have 6 pack abs or something but it will make your mood happier which will make you have a good study time and a good day too.
Though, More than home workouts and even gym, I suggest you just run. You can go to your nearby park or just run on the road.
Running, swimming, cycling are some of the most effective workouts.
Exercising improves your alertness, attention, motivation and it also gives you confidence and makes you trust your inner self.
No need to die in public, though. If you don't have friends (like me) you can just do it alone.
Many of us are introverted and hate to be excluded by the crowd. I know how it feels; You'll feel as if you're the only person left on earth, maybe someone who fades in the background most of the time when you want to be neither the center of attention nor becoming invisible. Sometimes you might even feel as if you're an attention-seeker (when you're not)
If I have to give this feeling an exact word, it's called loneliness.
There's a difference between being alone and feeling lonely. When you're alone, This means you don't have any such major problems with it. While lonely, means you are feeling sad because you're alone.
Some people even go into depression or frustration because of this feeling.
However, According to my, No one is alone. Not literally. You have yourself plus all the microorganisms in your room (you don't even know how many lol)
I mean, they're living too, right?
But then you'll say "it's a different case". When you go to any party or a get-together, you feel like a fish out of water. Why?
Because you don't have any relations with the people around you you don't even know their names. They're no different from the microorganisms and dust particles in your room. You can't say they're not there but for you, they're not.
I have also seen people saying, "I am done with this world. I'm tired because there's nothing new here. Maybe if I leave this place, I'll go to a better place"
It's still hope, right?
Who knows about the unknown though? We're not even sure if that would happen. I'm like, 200 out of 100 percent sure that even if you explore the world your entire life, it still won't be enough.
The same goes for your exercise. If you can't lose weight or get six-pack abs just don't stop. Even with your studies, if you don't get an outcome, As long as you know that you're on the right path, there's no way you're not going to achieve anything. It will happen after 1 week, 1 month, one year, or even one decade, it will happen.
Staying on the right path is not that easy. You'll have hundreds of distractions your way; new things will keep arriving, new apps, new singers, new actors, etc.
The world will keep evolving. You just need to know where you are and what you need to do at the moment. I heard this saying, "Curiosity kills the cat", it's true. First, you'll get curious about that "new" particular thing and then you'll get addicted to it. Resulting in having below than average productivity.
Whenever anything new in the market comes or whenever my friends tell me to try a popular new app, I deny it, because of this method, I have avoided a lot of distractions in my life. Though I'm not a saint so definitely I have some weak points here and there too.
See, taking care of yourself is not a bad thing at all. If you are filthy rich, you have the right to spend money on yourself. I'm ninety percent sure that if any one of us becomes rich suddenly, they definitely will not give the money to the poor people.
If you gave everything to someone, what would be left with you at the end? Helping others doesn't mean you'll forget helping yourself. We all are taught to share things with others, being kind to people at all times, helping other people if they are struggling, etc. But no one ever taught us to do all of this to ourselves. That's why many people go so deep into being kind and generous that they become rude to themselves. This is not kindness, This is called "foolishness". Even in eyes of the law, You are not supposed to kill others and also yourself.
Eating healthy food and doing exercise regularly will not only improve your physical health but also your mental health.
I won't force you to stop eating junk food and other items. After all, If we never eat delicious food, what's the point of living?
Eat, when you have your cheat days. Even if you ate because you and our family went on a randomly planned outing, then it's okay. Take it easy.
You can start all over again. Nothing is impossible in this world, is it?
