The tip I am going to give right now is for exams especially. Let's get started.
Let's take an example. Suppose my maths exam is going to take place very soon and I need to prepare. So keep your mathematics book and the notebook which have your notes just on the table.
This makes it effortless for you to pick up your copies(as they are right in front of you) and saves your time. Instead of wasting time on finding a notebook then the book, pencil, pen, etc...Keep them near you so you never waste a single minute.
Never study everything a day before. If you start studying just a day before exam it's really accentuating you know!
Some people say it increases their motivation. It might do that I am not denying! But the strain on your brain increases.
The fear factor comes. When it comes your mind just stops working. It stops being logical and starts exaggerating everything.
You start thinking about tomorrow's consequences and the fear of failing also comes. This way your concentration goes to the fear and the impossible possibilities which are too much to handle.
Now if you ask me ,"But what if I complete everything?" Yep what if you did everything even with that fear factor? Then there is a possibility that you might cram up your brain with worries for tomorrow at night while sleeping.
This way your sleep cycle just absolutely becomes a piece of crap! You feel sleepy while giving the exam. Your mind gets foggy and you eventually forget everything you studied last night.
So everything just went in vain. So how was the experience? Not great right?
