Rachel decided to set aside their discussion about stilettos first. She will just convince her about wearing it later. Or she might just find another pair of shoes that have lower heels than the five-inch stiletto shoes her friend was wearing.
"Alright. Enough of it." Rachel said. "Then Val, sit properly on my bed first and wait for me."
Grabbing the make-up kit on the side table, Rachel sit beside Francheska on the bed and opened the pouch. She gets a make-up brush and a compact.
"What are you doing?" Francheska asked with a raised brow.
Rachel did not know whether Francheska was just acting or if she was starting to get nervous, but she continued playing her part as Cecille.
"What am I doing? I am going to make you more beautiful. Now close your eyes."
"But Cecille—"
"I told you, didn't I? No buts. Now close your eyes first. When you open your eyes again, you will be more beautiful than ever!"
