Medical Center B California.
Two beautiful women were sitting onthe side of a hospital bed
One of them looked to be into her laters 30. Had beautiful brown skin, curly black hair and brown eyes. The other was much younger, clearly a teenager and very much like the older one, only her skin was slightly lighter and her eyes were green.
Seeing these two beauties, side by side, would hypnotize any human being.
Unfortunately, these two beauties were now with their faces totally drenched in tears, the youngest in particular was in a more pitiful state, she even had snot coming out of her nose.
"Big brother, you have to be fine... you have to, idiot!" whispers the teenager as she tries, unsuccessfully, to hold back the tears that fall from her eyes.
"Mom, he'll be fine, won't he?" The young woman questioned while looking at the older woman.
The woman didn't answer. She didn't know how to respond.
She unconsciously held harder the hand of the young man who was lying on the bed in front of these two women.
Lying in the bed was a young man who shouldn't have been more than 19 years old. Like the teenager girl, he had light brown skin and curly hair that reached his eyes.
He was clearly a handsome young man, but he was now wearing a respirator and he had an intravenous (IV) needle in his arm that was feeding him with serum.
Looking at the situation the boy was into, the older woman couldn't help but bite her lip in an attempt to not collapse in front of her youngest daughter.
Yes, this handsome young man in the hospital bed was her eldest son.
The woman gently ran her fingers over the her son's wrist as she felt the scars that had been scarred for years. She cannot help but reveal a bitter and wronged look.
"You can't go! Not now, you can't leave me so soon, I'm not ready to go through this again." She screamed in her heart as she tried to keep her posture out.
The young daughter who was beside her wasn't irritated by not receiving an answer, she wasn't expecting a direct answer any way. She just looked back at her brother.
She was angry, worried, sad and confused. There were many feelings.
The only thing she was sure of was that if her brother recovered, she was going to punch him right in the face. Even though she has to apologize later, she swore in heart that she would punch that nose with all her strength.
"Just don't die, just don't die, just don't die, just... DAMN IT!" She was still begged in whispers until she let out a sharp, but clearly euphoric shout.
scarred, the mother looked at he with a reproachful eye, but as soon as she saw where she was looking, she followed her line of sight towards the young man in bed.
"AAAAAAAAAH, THANKS GOD'S!" The mother accompanied her daughter in a euphoric shout.
She raise up into a jump, but just moved hesitantly beside the bed. She was struggling between the euphoria and growing desire to embrace her son and the constant worry of possibly causing some harm with the sudden attack of affection.
But the fight didn't last for a few seconds, she clearly lost the battle and hug, together with her daughter, the young man who was still waking up and feeling groggy
Some nurses came to the room to check the reason for the screams. As soon as they saw that the young man had regained consciousness, they started to work and pushed the mother and daughter out of bed.
They didn't protest, as they knew that would only hinder the work of the professionals.
While all this was going on, the young man had regained his senses, but he was more lost than before.
His name was Kayua. (AN: This is a Brazillian name.)
He was just on his balcony when he saw an incredibly bright shooting star passing through the sky.
Following the tradition of making a wish, he used the idle moment to wish for something.
It's not like he believes in wishes for stars, so he just for fun, he wished to be sent to a parallel world, similar to the worlds he used to read in novels.
A world just like this one that he live, but into that world the entertainment industry, music, movies, series,tv shows's, etc, had to develop in a totally different way and with low quality.
"And if I had a system, it would be even better," he said as a joking. He continued to elaborate on his wishe/daydream in more detail.
He was elaborating his wish with so many details that he wondered if he should turn this into a novel and post it on the Qidian website.
It seemed like a good idea.
As long as he continued his fun delusion, he didn't notice that the shooting star appeared to have made a curve and was approaching with high speed from where he was.
He just noticed something was strange when he felt his surroundings suddenly become more and more illuminated.
"Ah! Did it dawn? " while saying this, he looked up and saw the object approaching him.
"What the fuc..." That was his last memory before opening his eyes and realizing that he was lying in a hospital bed.
At first he wasn't so confused, remembering his last memory and seeing his mother there, he just imagined that he had a bizarre accident and was now receiving treatment at the hospital.
Even the unknow and strangely family teenager that was huging him wasn't an impediment for him to reach at this conclusion.
After all, it was the most logical reasoning line to follow.
Well, that until a lot of familiar, however, bizarrely strange memories "invade" his head.
This left him confused and disoriented.
Luckily, his look seemed normal due to the state he was in, so the nurses didn't find it strange.
Kayua was starting to understand better where he was and what happened, until a mechanical voice resonated in her head.
[Ding! Superstar system was successfully installed.]
WHAT?!
His confusion came back.
