"What should we do, Catherine?"
Catherine frowned. She had no idea how to handle the situation either. They took all the seats that were reserved for first-year students and didn't intend to move.
"Hey, excuse me, we're here for the lecture."
No one responded.
"You took our seats."
"Do I see your names on it?"
Catherine didn't respond. She looked around. Those who came to the class were almost all girls. She saw some familiar faces from her class. She also noticed guys sat in the corners.
"You're our class monitor. Do something," said Ethel.
"I can't get rid of them."
Most of the girls were sophomores and juniors. The class monitor couldn't muster up the courage to confront them. So he stood in the corner with a sad face.
"That's outrageous." Ethel said, "It's not their class. If they want to sit in, they are the ones who should be standing. But they're bullying us."
