Richard figured out the answer straight away, and he said, "He was planning to have us pay for the loss." He's too cunning and selfish to take responsibility for his own mistake.
The other shareholders realized it was highly possible and became furious. "Don't be ridiculous, Mr. Carter. It's your mistake, your responsibility. How can you make us pay for it?"

"I suggest we have another meeting at the end of the year, a meeting about dismissing Mr. Frank Carter as the chairman." He said sharply.
"Good suggestion." Richard agreed immediately.

Though each of the shareholders had only a small percentage of the shares, they had 34% in total. If Nathalia wasn't involved, with 43% of shares, Frank didn't need to worry too much. However, it was a different situation now, and he had to be careful.
