In the quiet room, McCoy had been wearing a smile after the call with Angeline. He was waiting, quietly and patiently.
Suddenly, the knock on the door sounded. Before any answer from the host, someone pushed the door open.
It was Angeline, looking irritated.
Bearing a straight face, Angeline walked to McCoy and sat down next to him.
McCoy smiled, poured a glass of warm water, and put it in front of her.
"Have some water. You seem to hurry here."
Angeline pushed the glass away and shook her head, "Thanks. You know what I come here for. Can you tell me now?"
As soon as she finished her words, she felt a knock on her neck, and then there was the deep black.
McCoy made an eye to the man beside her. The man understood him, nodded, and left.
"Ding!"
A message came. McCoy knew the car came. He placed the hat he had prepared in advance on Angeline's face and then held her up to leave the room.
