Daisy forced a smile but still felt guilty. She raised her head and gave a cautious look at Angelo.
"Well, I need to tell you something. Please don't be mad at me."
"What?" Seeing Daisy's cautious look, Angelo had a sense of foreboding.
"Yeah… I used a trump card to convince Drake," said Daisy, lowering her head and looking guilty.
Angelo felt more uneasy. As she was about to ask, the lift arrived. She looked at the busy street and didn't want to have another incident like what had happened in the coffee shop.
"Let's talk about it home," she whispered to Daisy. Then she put on a hat and made it low to cover her face.
Quickly, she walked to the parking lot. Daisy hurried up. When they were in the car, Angelo gave a long breath. When she took the hat down, she noticed Daisy with a surprised face.
"What's wrong?"
"When did you get the hat?"
