Tom screamed out of excruciating pain.
"Sean, you can't win!"'
"That's okay. I didn't want to save him anyway."
Harlan said, "If so, you'd be left by now."
If it was what Sean said, they would leave with Sophia.
"He's not worthy of my energy and manpower."
"Oh really?"
Harlan's smile was catty. The louder Tom yelled, the more pleased he was.
"I just love the screaming that would tear your heart apart. It's so desperate and helpless. He wanted to die, but he couldn't. He had to watch as his flesh separated from his body and blood all over the ground."
"That's disgusting!"
"How so? Listen, isn't his screaming as lovely as music?"
