Matt didn't even take another look at her. He nodded to the crowd and said politely, "Sorry for the commotion." He reacted so perfectly, so gentlemanly, yet somehow so cold-heartedly.
Though Nathalia didn't like Amy Berry, she found Matt's reaction rather cruel. He chose to marry her, and then he should at least treat her well. It doesn't have to do with love. It's a basic responsibility. Anyway, it's none of my business. She's barely anybody to me. She thought in silence.
Sophie was clenching her fists, wondering what to do. "Matt, please go and check on her. Nathalia and I are fine." She said pleadingly.
Matt took a good look at Nathalia as if to seek her consent, then left.
"Oh, Nathalia, why did it end up like this? What if they do break up? I feel so bad." Amy asked worriedly. I shouldn't have agreed to him to meet up. Oh, but I can never say no to him. It's so difficult.
