Nen attempts to safeguard Aki by standing in front of him. His hair was touching Aki's face. Nen was almost two inches shorter than Aki, so the hair reached Aki's face. Aki stops the hair from touching his face while Nen thought Aki might be palming on his head. Nen was astounded to feel Aki's hand on his hair.
The sense of protecting Aki from those horrible creatures instantly activated Nen's mind to protect him. They always harmed his loved ones so Nen was afraid. He saw them when his mother died. Since then, they never left him alone.
Always monitoring his moves and holding him back from succeeding in life or having a normal life. He sometimes doesn't even recall what has been done on the concerned day. Some days would be so gloomy that he won't feel like getting up from the bed, talking with anyone or meeting with anyone.
