Earth flinched but stayed seated. Mei noticed that and sighs. On the balcony, Mei stands holding the railing.
Earth turned towards Mei to see what he was doing. The way Mei was looking at the sky was quite different. Mei's silhouette seemed really lonely. Earth shook that thought off from his mind. He suddenly noticed Mei was looking at not the sky, but something in there. It gets closer, turning itself small. Mei didn't back away from where he was standing.
Ethel lands on the balcony railing. The bird has grown bigger, but the way it landed in the railing seemed so flawless. Without any sound and any difficulties.
The smile on Mei's face was showing the enormous affection he has for the bird. The bird nudged its head to Mei's chin and Mei kissed on his head. It was as if they were talking in their own language.
