Joshua never loved Kinari, but he has been a nice companion to her from childhood because Kinari is Sora's best friend. Kinari has always secretly admired Joshua but has never confessed. When Sora died, she asked Joshua to save her from the fury of everyone, because they believed Kinari had betrayed Sora. Only Joshua trusted her and saved her when he married her. Sora also seemed to have vowed to take revenge. So Kinari thought Sora wouldn't harm Kinari if she were Joshua's wife.
Sora stares blankly at Kinari as she was explaining to Sora.
A while later Sora murmurs, 'So that's what had happened.' she leans back on the headrest.
Kinari was seated in front of her bed, on the armchair thinking if her words got through Sora. Kinari didn't understand the meaning behind Sora's stare.
'I never thought of hurting you.' Sora paused after seeing Joshua's expression, 'You did them under influence, so nothing is to blame.'
