Bella decided it was going to be a bad idea to try anything silly after receiving such an evil warning from him, so she focused her attention on making the meal as 'nice' as she could bear to make it.
Dan didn't take his eyes off her for a second as she prepared the meal. Why did she seem so familiar? Why was he having a feeling of déjà vu as he watched her prepare his meal?
"What about your girlfriend?" Bella asked when she got tired of the silence which was hanging between them. She didn't need to look up to know he was watching her, and the thought of that alone was making her feel very uncomfortable.
"Did you bother to read any of the rules I left in your bedroom?" Dan asked as he kept watching her.
"Yes, I did," Bella said with a shrug.
"I'm pretty sure you didn't. I'm going to read it out for you, so you better listen very attentively," He warned before taking out his phone.
