Dan grinned as he stared at Ben's phone. He had no doubt that she would be down in a moment, he thought as he returned to the dining table and returned the phone to Ben.
"Did she speak with you? What did she say?" The Queen asked curiously, echoing the question on everyone's mind.
Dan smiled, "I believe she will be down soon," Dan said confidently, and everyone looked at him, wondering if it was true and what he could have said to Bella to change her mind.
"What did you say to her?" Ben asked with interest, but before Dan could respond, they all heard the sound of Bella's hurried footsteps as she descended the stairs, and in a moment, they turned to see her staring at Dan.
What did he say to get her here so fast? If he could get her down, why then had he let them go through the stress of trying to talk her out of her decision? They all mused.
