Drake got out of his car after Joan and Patrick finally made their way inside the hotel. He couldn't stop wondering what was going on between the both of them. Just as he was about to step into the hotel's foyer, Dan drove in and parked the car right in front of the hotel, and Drake briefly caught a glimpse of Bella, who was in the front seat and raised a brow when she ducked the moment she sighted him.
Was she hiding from him? Why? Drake wondered amusedly and pretended like he hadn't seen her before turning to walk inside the hotel.
"Isn't that the guy from yesterday? Why are you hiding from him?" Dan asked curiously since he had remained in the car after noticing the way Bella ducked.
"I'm not hiding..."
"That's the Drake guy?" Both Bella and Ben spoke at the same time, making Bella turn to glare at Ben. Why was he speaking so carelessly?
"You know him?" Dan asked Ben curiously, wondering what Bella could possibly have said to him about Drake.
