"If I were you, I wouldn't go close to grumpy Adams," Irene warned Bella when she saw Bella looking in the direction of grumpy Adams, who had just come with his set of drawing items.
"Why not?" Bella asked curiously as she kept her gaze fastened on the old man whose face fit his name. He looked like he had spent his entire youth scowling.
"He doesn't talk to anyone and doesn't like anyone being around him. He prefers to keep to himself and be alone," Rhoda chirped in when she overheard them.
"Me too," Bella said with a confident smile as she headed for grumpy Adams' table. She particularly preferred people who didn't like having other people around them to people who were always chatty and too friendly.
