Synopsis
Grall, chieftain of none, believes he has just became the god of death. He must learn how to control his abilities as the world of Xeno-Movia spirals towards the end of its cycle. Grall isn't the only one who is going through changes, as Grodak suffers from the consequence of killing a Casarn. A strange woman with wings appears, claiming to be Tyril’s sister, new members are added to the party, and all hell breaks loose at the gates of Hell. The party will soon learn a great threat hovers over them, ready to strike at any moment. What is this threat? A being older then time itself and more feared than the God of death. His name was erased from history but his deeds are what created the world of Xeno-Movia. The Cycle ends with the death of one and begins again with survival of another. Chapter 1 - Prologue: The Dream

A dark shadow expanded upon the ground, stretching its long fingers forward as Grall ran. Fear gripped his throat, fear and wonder as a large winged beast swooped down on him swinging her sword. Grall leapt back blocking the blade with oathkeeper, the vibrations shot up his arm numbing his body.

He stared into those beautiful hazel green eyes as he tried to fight back against her overwhelming strength. Grall cursed his inability to focus, his powerless to stop this, and glanced to the side where a lone girl stood watching teary eyed. The winged creature let out a piecing scream as she pushed back on Gralls blade with all her strength, sending Grall flying.

This was it, this was the end of the world, Grall realized. If he's going out, then he's going out fighting. Grall stood up and faced the creature, he held his sword firmly and drew a breath, his last breath, then charged forward his sword at the ready.

Grall awoke from his fevered dream, finding himself on the ground, those he knew and loved staring down at him. Was it all a dream? He wondered as he sat up.

He felt fine, better then fine. He felt like he had just woken to a new power. Grall sat in place pondering this, it wasn't until he noticed a slight fluctuation of the air that he realized what had happened. Hurrying over to Tyril, he asked to be transported somewhere, anywhere they may be able to speak alone.

This was when Grall muttered the words that he thought he would never hear, let alone say. "I have become a God."
