"Your kicks are so strong," Richard complimented, before rubbing his front thigh. "It's still hurting,"
"I'm sorry but you said I should put in my all." I laughed at his pain, which was quite wrong. "Will you feel better soon?"
"I should be in a matter of hours, Annabelle," he smiled at me before grinding his teeth together.
"Are you sure?" I inquired.
"Yeah, so don't bother yourself too much on this issue," he said.
"Okay." I shrugged my shoulders at him. "Richard, I want to know something?"
"What do you want to know?" he asked.
"Why did you support my decision, why didn't you disagree like my grandfather and Victoria?" I questioned. Him not questioning my choice troubled me a lot.
"Let's see." Richard raised up two fingers. "Number one, I don't believe a princess isn't capable of fighting."
"Really," I said. "You don't believe a woman is not supposed to interfere in the affairs of war."
"People believe so because no woman has tried to interfere in it but I believe a woman can do a lot of things," he muttered. "A woman can do many things, it was a woman who nearly destroyed Firce."
I bit my lips immediately as I realized who he was talking about; it was so obvious that her deeds lurked in his mind. "Is that all?"
"Number two, I know why you are doing this, and it's a good thing. You are doing this for the benefit of the kingdom, and it is a noble deed," he added. "So I had no problem with your choice."
"So you are supporting me wholeheartedly?" I inquired.
"Yeah," he said. "But why do you seem so surprised?"
"I'm surprised because people rarely support a woman's decision to interfere in the affairs of politics." I sighed. "But it seems you have a unique approach."
Richard chuckled. "I think you should freshen up, have breakfast then rest."
"Maybe you are right beside I'm sure Victoria will be so worried about me," I said.
"Typical Victoria." Richard laughed a bit. "She is always getting worried about little things but I won't blame her for panicking."
"I love her so much," I said in a baby-like voice.
"Me too, princess," he laughed. "But you ought to know that you are such a bad person."
I turned to face him. "Meaning?"
"I have never shared my beautiful mother's love with anymore else but ever since you came I had no other choice." he fumed.
"Oh, really?" I teased. "Well, it only means she loves me."
Richard rolled his eyes. "Whatever, just get going, have your breakfast, freshen up and bath."
"So you care about me?" I laughed a bit.
"I care about everyone," he said in his defence.
"So is Annabelle among those many people?" I joking asked.
"Always princess," he said. "Now go."
"Fine, I'm going." I rolled my eyes before flicking my hair to the side. "Bye."

RICHARD'S POV
"Bye," I responded to Annabelle's greeting as my eyes watched her leave the training room. She was quite a strong woman, in and out.
'Strong and beautiful,'
No, I can't be thinking about all these things. We are just friends so all these thoughts should leave my head.
"But it seems they don't want to," a voice in my head said.
"Thogos please, I don't have the energy to deal with you so go away," I responded.
"My son is begging, how disappointing," Thogos laughed.
"I'm not your son!" I yelled.
"Raum, you are my son wherever you like or not," Thogos chuckled.
"Don't call me Raum!" I commanded.
"Richard doesn't suit a demon like you but Raum does," Thogos said.
"Don't call me Raum!" I repeated my statement, but this with a lot of power.
"Why fight your calling, son? You can get everything you want, even the princess," he said.
"Why would I want the princess?" I asked.
"She's beautiful and I'm there is a part of you that wants her," he said. "Just mind control her then make her fuck toy."
I felt my blood boil. "Shut the fuck up and get out of my head!"
"Just make your toy and I'm sure she will satisfy you completely." he chuckled.
"Shut up!" I yelled before smashing my hand into a glass vase. The pretty vase shattered into a lot of pieces and some of them pierced my hand, causing it to bleed profusely.
"Ooh nasty," Thogos laughed.
"Richard!" a voice yelled. Victoria stood at the entrance of the door, her face turned pale at the sight of my inquired hand.
"Here comes the mother," Thogos said. "Now she is going to be so dramatic."
"My gosh Richard, what happened here?" she inquired. Her eyes scanned the environment for the cause of my injury. "Why did you break the vase?"
"I was angry," I replied.
"So that was why you broke the vase?" she raised her brow.
"Yes," I muttered.
"Thogos spoke to you, right?" she asked.
I was quiet for a while; she knew the answer, so responding to her was pointless.
"From your silence, I can confidently say he was really here." she sighed. I nodded in response.
"Richard, you need to learn how to control your anger," Victoria advised. "We both know that Thogos is trying to ignite your demon because he knows how powerful you are."
"I know that but Victoria it's so hard to control it especially when he speaks about-"
"Speaks about who?" she inquired.
I didn't want Victoria to know about what happened between me and Annabelle. She will judge me and see me as the bad guy.
"It's nothing Victoria. He was just trying to play with my mind a bit," I muttered.
"Okay," she said. "Let me get this wound cleaned up properly."
"There is no need to do that, this wound will be healed in a couple of hours." I chuckled.
"I know it will heal quickly because you are a half-demon but that doesn't mean I won't dress it." she rolled her eyes.
"You are too much." I smiled at her. "Do what you must do."
Victoria got the first aid kit from a drawer. "Open up your hands let me work on it."
She applied a clean piece of gauze on the wound, which caused the bleeding to stop. An antibiotic cream was applied to the wound after that a sterile bandage was used to cover it up.
"All done, love," she announced before putting away the first aid kit.
"I felt nothing at all." I chuckled.
"Of course you didn't." she pulled my cheeks a little. "Go freshen up so you can meet The King."
"The King? Did he ask about me?" I inquired.
"Yes, he did," she replied. "Hurry now!"
"Sure," I said.
'Why does The King want to see me?'
