Deric seemed to have returned to normal after that minor episode. But he still had that weird smile on his face. Just a glance at it gave people Goosebumps. Kaden silently peered at him. 'Are you the same Deric I know... Deric is that you or...'
"Is there something on my face?" Deric said with a wide smile.
Kaden shook his head. "Nothing...."
"I guessed so. I believe you understand what's going on," Deric gave him a knowing look. He crawled closer to him and held his chin. "You know Kaden, you think you are a good friend of Deric but do you know you are the reason I am here."
With a small fist size dagger, Kaden tried to stab him but the 'Deric' gripped his hand and glared into his eyes.
"Kaden, you killed Deric. If you had been a little patient and let him stay in that stupid dungeon, he would have still been here," Deric whispered with his brows raised.
Hearing this something in Kaden broke.... "You... liar!! Deric is not dead. He is here. You are just a pest inside him,"
