Chapter 11 - Chapter 11: Negative

Everyone looked at Devon. "Dude! You can't do that!" Callum slapped him silly.

"Ouch! That hurt!" Devon rubbed his left cheek. "I didn't mean it! I was just caught up in the moment!" He defended.

"You know what? Let's buy a pregnancy test." Rachelle said as she stood up.

The girls followed her and soon, the boys did too with Devon at the back who said,"That's a great idea, boo!"

The girls went with Rachelle to girls' restroom. Jessica was pacing back and forth outside the cubicle Rachelle was in. Erica, being Rachelle's close friend in the group, was inside the cubicle with Rachelle. Tiffany just waited and looked at her reflection to fluff her hair. Rachelle remained calm despite the situation was in whether she was pregnant or not. The timer went off on Erica's phone. Tiffany and Jessica heard the timer.

"Fuckin' finally!" Tiffany muttered to herself. "It took so long."

"So what's the result?!" Jessica frantically asked. She was obviously worried. Erica and Rachelle got out the cubicle.

"It's negative." Rachelle said.

"Yay!!" Jessica said.

"Yay for being safe! Now let's get out of here. It's freezing in here." Tiffany said.

And with that they left. Rachelle saw their boyfriends and Jeremy from a distance. They were talking amongst themselves, and you can see Devon's fucked up hair due to him pulling it out of nervousness. The girls looked at the direction Rachelle was looking at. An evil grin appeared on their faces.

"Girls? Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Rachelle asked.

"If you're thinking about pranking them and telling them that you're pregnant, then yes. We are thinking what you're thinking." Tiffany smirked.

"Exactly!" Rachelle said.

They reached the boys, and the boys stood up. It was very obvious that all of them are scared for their friend, Devon. Jeremy was biting his nails; a habit he does whenever he's nervous. The girls looked at each other and put their acting skills to use. Erica, being the daughter of a Broadway actress, pretended to sniff. "Rach, just remember that all of us will be here for you." Erica 'sniffed'.

"Yeah. We love you, and the baby already." Jessica said.

Tiffany was bawling her eyes out, "You're gonna be a great mom, Rach"

The boys looked pale. Jeremy fainted.

"Boo? It's positive, isn't it?" Devon asked...just to make sure.

The girls stepped forward, and Rachelle smiled a little bit and said, "It's negative."

The boys' jaws dropped. The girls laughed and helped Jeremy, who fainted.

"Then why the fuck was Tiffany bawling her eyes out?!" Jack asked demanding for an answer.

"Yeah! And you cannot honestly tell me that Erica was faking it when she sniffed." Callum crossed his arms. Everyone looked at him and he said, "Wait. She faked it too, didn't she?"

Erica nodded.

"Dammit." Callum muttered under his breath.

Instead of being pissed, Marius took the moment into his own hands, "You're acting is improving, babe! Well done!"

"Aww, thanks babe!" Erica smiled and kissed him.

Jeremy woke up and asked what happened. Everyone told him it was fake and he said,"What the fuck, girls. That wasn't cool. But congrats on not being pregnant or your dad would've killed Devon."

Devon gulped as Jeremy said that. Jeremy stood up, with the help of the girls, and dusted off the dirt on his clothes.

"I still don't get why Tiffany was bawling her eyes out." Jack said in disbelief.

Tiffany giggled and said, "It's called acting. You should try it sometime."

Tiffany faked a smile at Jack and rolled her eyes.

"You're girlfriend is impossible. What did you see in her?" Jack asked Callum.

"She's pretty and she's nice. And if she's impossible, guess I'm stuck with her then." Callum shrugged as he smiled at Tiffany whilst she laughed with her childhood friends.

Everyone went to hang out at Jeremy's house. Devon, Marius, Jack, and -the new addition to the boyfriend group- Callum understood that it was their time together...after all, the girls and Jeremy hang out every weekend at one of their houses. This time, it was Jeremy's house.

"So, why don't you have your period yet?" Erica asked.

Rachelle sat in a comfortable position before she answered,"I don't know."

"Well, when was the last time you and Devon did it?" Tiffany asked.

"Hmm...I think it was after the time when they were practicing for soccer. Last Monday?" Rachelle replied, not sure.

"Well, I'm sure you guys used protection. Devon isn't stupid enough to do that." Jessica said as she ate chips (a/n: or crisps if you're from the U.K.).

"Girls! I found some information!" Jeremy said as he entered the living room with his MacBook in his arms.

"Oooh. What is it?" Tiffany asked, interested.

"It says here that if you STILL don't have your period, it's either you're stressed or you miscounted..." Jeremy answered.

"Well, are you stressed lately?" Erica asked Rachelle.

"To be fair, I'm a little bit stressed about our resort." Rachelle said.

"Why?" Everyone asked.

"Well, my dad wants to renovate the entire resort! And he wants ME to decorate it. Like, bitch do you think I'm an interior designer?!" Rachelle crossed her arms angrily.

"Aww. We'll help you, Rach!" Jessica insisted.

"Yeah! We promise." Jeremy said with a smile. And Jeremy keeps his promises.

"Thanks everyone!" Rachelle said and smiled sincerely.

"Just don't be stressed about it, Rach." Erica wrapped her arms around Rachelle. Even though the girls are close, Erica is the closest friend of Rachelle.

"So, I already have ideas. Your resort could go for modern style and shit. And the pool area, you could I don't know make it bigger?" Tiffany suggested.

"Tiff, their pool is massive already." Jeremy pointed out.

"Yeah, I agree with Jer. But I'll agree with you about the modern thing. I'm not being mean, but your resort looks so formal. Switch it up a bit will you?" Jessica said as she looked at Rachelle. Rachelle, who drank her water, nodded in agreement as she finished the water.

"I'll tell that to my dad." Rachelle said as she pulled out her phone to send a quick text to her obnoxiously cranky father.

After she sent the text, Tiffany shouted,"Oh my gosh! We've hanging out all day and we never took a selfie! Let's take a selfie!"

Everyone groaned, but smiled anyway. Tiffany snapped a quick group selfie of the 5 of them and quickly uploaded it to Instagram and Twitter and it read:

"Friday hangout with my favorite people min the world! @JessPenn @ItsMegan @RachGo @HeyJeremyXanders I love you guys ❤️ #BestFriendsForever"

Her post immediately gained retweets, likes, and comments on both Twitter and Instagram.

It didn't take long for the rest to get notifications. Jeremy smiled and retweeted the picture and commented on it on Instagram, "I'm honestly lucky to have you guys, all the love x"
