Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: Erica Megan Sanchez

Erica Sanchez is a cheerleader's who's kind of slow. Her friends think that she's dumb which is harsh. Thus, the reason why people think she's innocent.

Erica's mother is named Anne who's a Broadway actress. Her dad, Vin, is a musician and a school owner exclusive for music only.

-

"Erica! Come here! I've got something to show you!" Erica's obnoxious older brother said.

You see, school starts the next day and Erica's mom decided that Erica and her brother should go 'back-to-school' shopping. Apparently, it's LAST MINUTE so half of the products are either bought, out of stock, or stolen. Let's be honest here, some people steal at malls let's not pretend that the world is peaceful.

"Ugh. What now, Joey?" Erica said as she walked angrily to her older brother.

Her older brother, Joey, is five years older than her making him 23 years old. Joey Austin Sanchez is a medical student. Despite that fact that he can be in charge of the school their dad owns, he chose to be a doctor so he went to medical school.

"Geez. Why are you so grumpy?" Joey asked.

"Well maybe, because I was busy reading Louis Tomlinson's recent tweets." Erica said annoyance evident in her voice.

"Ugh. Really? Anyway, I called you here, because of this..." Joey handed her a pretty mint green notebook with cute designs on it.

The mint green notebook has intricate designs and it had a small letter 'M'.

"Oh my god! That is so cute!" Erica squealed. "It also has an M which obviously stands for Megan" she added.

"Yeah. Wanna buy it?" Joey asked ready to go home quickly, because they have to go to their mom's Broadway show. As it was just twelve o'clock in the afternoon, they wanted to catch the earliest flight going to New York seeing as they live in L.A.

Erica looked at him with disbelief. "Is that even a question? Of course we'll buy it, silly!" Erica laughed.

-

Erica and Joey got home. Erica went straight to her room, and put the notebook on her white colored desk. Her room was painted in mint green and all her furniture was white colored. Her room looked like it came straight from Pinterest.

She immediately took a quick shower and took a mint green cocktail dress from her closet. In an outsider's point of view, she looked over dressed, but she was attending a Broadway show and she wanted to look formal.

-

Joey sighed of relief as he sat down on his favorite seat by the window in their private jet. Erica was sat across from him which makes Erica sit on the right side of the jet and Joey on the left.

The air hostess of the jet served them beverages and food.

After 4.38 hours, they finally arrived at New York. Their chauffeur picked them up at the airport where their private jet landed, and drove to New Amsterdam Theatre.

When they arrived there, people were looking at them, but they couldn't care less. They saw their father there and immediately went to sit next to him.

"What time did you get here, dad?" Joey asked.

"Two hours ago. You guys are nearly late." Vin shook his head.

"But we weren't late, though. Being almost late is better than being actually late." Erica argued. She really tried to make a point. Vin shook his head and decided not to reply to what she said as the lights dimmed and the show began.

-

After the show, Erica and Joey met their mom backstage.

"Mom! Mom!" Joey said loudly.

"Hi sweetie! How was the show?" Their mom, Anne, asked.

"It was great. You were amazing, mom." Erica smiled.

"You were fabulous, darling." Vin grinned.

"Thank you! How about we eat some pizza, go to Central Park, and go home? How's that for the last day of summer?" Anne smiled.

"That'd be great! I am so down for it! What about you, sis?" Joey asked cheerfully. He's very outgoing and adventurous.

"Sounds okay. I need a new picture for Instagram anyway." Erica shrugged.

-

Erica, Joey, Vin, and Anne eventually ate at Prince Street Pizza, and ordered pepperoni pizza cut into squares. According to loads of people, it's the best.

After eating they went to Central Park.

"Mom? Aren't you supposed to stay here and do your job?" Erica asked.

"Sweetie, that was the last show for that musical. I'll come back here next year." Anne smiled sweetly.

"Why next year?" Erica asked again.

"Well, they're showing Aladdin after this, and I'm not fit for the role of Jasmine." Anne shrugged.

"Oh okay." Erica replied with a shrug.

After walking around, Erica took a beautiful picture of Central Park and posted it on Instagram; earning thousands of likes.

-

The three of them are already sat in their seats in their private jet.

When they arrived home, it was about 10 pm. Anne immediately went to the master's bedroom and slept. Joey was too tired to go up the stairs so he crashed on the couch. Erica went straight to her room and made sure she looked pretty before she slept. After all, she was starting her first day of senior year tomorrow.

The next day, Erica woke up to her annoying alarm clock. She went downstairs to eat breakfast with her family.

"Excited for your first day, pumpkin?" Vin asked as he drank his coffee.

"Not really. I can't wait to leave that hellhole." Erica chuckled as she took a bite of her food.

"What are your plans after you graduate?" Joey asked.

Erica shrugged, "I just want to go with the flow, you know?"

"But you need to have plans." Anne pointed out. She didn't want her daughter bumming around. No parent in the world wanted that.

"We have all the money in the world. I can do what I want." Erica grinned and finished her breakfast before going up to her room to get ready.

After an hour of getting ready, she finally went downstairs dressed like she was going to have a tea party with the queen.

When she arrived at school, she immediately went to homeroom class where she saw the people in the room.

"Oh god. Time to stay in this class for an hour with weirdos." Erica told herself as class began.
