"Michael, I swear I'm about to dig my claws into you if you don't put me down!"
"Alright," Michael said as he unceremoniously dropped Laura onto the ground.
"You dick!" Laura shouted as she stood up, knocking the sticks and leaves off her dress.
"If you want to keep acting like a spoiled brat, then I'll treat you like one. Now if you want to act like a grown woman, I'll treat you like that."
"I am a grown woman. Not that you've noticed," Laura spat.
"I've noticed that your body is grown but your attitude hasn't. I've been nice and stayed away like you asked me to but I'm done now. Either reject me formally so we can both get on with our lives or accept me as your mate."
"You can't force me to do anything."
"Yes, actually I can. I can reject you. If that's what you truly want," Michael said as he stepped towards Laura.
