Everyone turned to look at her as Post walked her down the makeshift aisle. It was a beautiful night with a slight breeze blowing. It was neither hot nor cold. She walked slowly, making sure she didn't get entangled in her dress or trip over her own two feet. She had never cared for heels so instead, she had on satin slippers that matched her dress. She looked at Tim as she walked up the aisle. A grin spread across his face and she felt tears well in her eyes.
Once she was under the arch, the priest turned to her and Post, and asked, "Who gives this woman away?"
"I do," Post said as he placed Dominique's hand in Tim's.
