The next day came and now it was time to get serious, sadly the couple's happy reunion had to end shortly when Damien came up with an idea in his head last night. The two wanted to relax together but getting this done quickly as possible might be better that way they can spend the rest of their lives together again finally with Damien as king and Lianna as the new queen.
The first thing that came to Damiens mind was their location he figured the family had to be hiding back at Empire Liven. In the woods was the only way to find the kingdom but it was a deep forest that went miles on end, the trip would easily take them 2 days before they got there so the two would need to strategize and plan every turn of events. So far what Damien and Lianna knew was that the guards were already at their house on the mountain which means it won't be too long before they come to the cabin.
The two sat beside a table while Damien was already mapping put the entire castle like he still knew every crack and crevice inside it.
"we can't kill them Damien you know"
"I know Lillie..how do we convince the people of the kingdom then?''
"What if we got a recording of the king saying it and everything else he did?"
"that's not bad but that will also be tricky"
"what other choice do we have Damien that is your throne on the line"
"no...its our throne now Lillie"
Damien continued to sketch out the plan leaving Lianna shook at what Damien wanted to do.
"are you crazy Damien?"
"Maybe...but it'll work Lillie-"
"it's dangerous"
"but it'll work"
One nod from Lianna declared that she was finally on board, scared but on board for the most part. The two stood up for their things together, Damien grabbed a gun from his drawer and Lianna grabbed the knife. They only get one shot at this the rest of the kingdom's fate is in their hands.
And they were on their way out and began their journey to the kingdom. The trip didn't seem that long this time but that's because they had something to talk about the whole walk there, but once they reached the gates Damien couldn't help but get a sharp pain in his chest when his eyes laid on the grey and crumbling kingdom, what once was filling with music and people now was quiet and the people were in their houses. This was terrible, Damien was the real king, why is this happening?
This had to end and fast but also in the right way or the people here might never feel happy again but more fear if they thought a new ruler would rule that kingdom and bring more unfortunate rules to the people that live here.
''Hey! Lianna where are you going?"
"don't worry about me I just wanna get some food I'm hungry"
"alright be careful please I don't any guards are out here though so you should be safe"
"I will my love" Lianna responded under her breath with a faint smile paining her face while she walked into the store. It was nothing though there was nothing! What have these poor people been eating? Lianna needed to get to the bottom of this and fast.
"Hey you there" She spotted someone cowering behind the aisle
"Wait don't be scared I just want to know what happened?"
"You mean you don't know about the king?"
"No I'm an outsider-'' Something in Lianna's eye caught her attention she stopped talking and looked to her right to see a man at the telephone and he seemed to be looking straight at her almost like he was listening in on her conversation with this nice man, she turned back towards but.. he was gone.
"hey where did-"
*boom* Two guards came rushing in and grabbed Lianna by her waist to lift her over his shoulder and the other duct taped her mouth and tied her feet and hands together.
