When Lianna woke she could see that she still had mascara running down her face from crying last night, It was Saturday so she didn't have much to do except greet her father at breakfast. When she walked down the stairs still in her pjs she saw that her father wasnt their. He left a note on the right side of the table by the front where Lianna sits and the note read.
'Daughter I will be gone for a couple hours on a business trip with Dave that senator I told you about, please do not get into any trouble I sent daves son to check in on you from time to time and the maids will also be keeping a close eye on you as well. You can invite one friend and one only, sincerely your father'
Lianna was still grounded so she wasn't able to leave the house or hang out with Rose for a while and Beck was busy doing god knows what right now, she could either stay home alone or ask Nick to hangout with her. Its not like daves son would want to talk to her hes nineteen and shes sixteen he dosent have time for girls like her.
She thought about what her father would think if she had on pjs when the senators son came in to check on her, he would surely be upset. After Lianna ate her meal that was fit for a princess she went upstairs to change into something more casual. She put on a light blue cropped sweater that showed off her defined waist and covered her arms completely, then Lianna put on black jean shorts that showed off her defined and lightly toned legs with black socks and finished it off with her hair put into a messy bun.
She went back downstairs to watch tv, she decided that she was not going to ask Nick to come over for it would be too awkward. But Lianna enjoyed the time that she had with herself as her butler came and left asking if she would like to try an appetizer or a macaroon or two. Her three favorite things to snack on were black tea, mochi, and macaroons, so the butler made sure to bring her those things every time she was downstairs.
She sure was living like royalty, but something was missing she didn't seem complete, and it wasn't that she wanted more it was almost like she wanted less. All the cameras and the having to put on a happy face just annoyed her she wanted something different. She wondered what life would be like if she had went with her mom. But that would mean leaving her friends which she would never do.
*ring* *ring*
Lianna looked to her left to see who was at the door as two maids rushed over to open it. Lianna got up to see who it was, she looked up to see a tall and handsome man but he wasn't dressed like he was before in a tux, no he was wearing a grey tank top with a leather jacket over it and black ripped jeans..
"Are you daves son correct?"
"Yes the names Damien dear. Im just here to do a check and make sure everything ok"
"ya everything's fine Im just watching some tv, you wanna come in?"
"no my girlfriends coming over so I cant stay"
"alright thats cool"
The wind was blowing hard outside and as Damien walked away she got a whiff of his strong scent again.
'it.. it was him' Lianna said to herself
Lianna rushed out side to talk to him one more time.
"sir I mean Damien were you at the ball a couple days ago"
"yes I was" He said as he grinned
"So you admit it that you were the one who danced with me correct?"
"look dont get the wrong Idea I had the same girlfriend then that I have now my father just saw how lonely you were and asked me to dance with you alright."
"ok"
"bye Lianna" Damien smiled and giggled
"bye Damien" She responded in a high but sweet tone
After Damien left Lianna went back in the house and into the bathroom to calm her nerves a bit, when she looked up into the mirror she noticed that her cheeks were pink.
"oh no did he see that I was blushing? or was I just embarrassed?" Lianna said to herself
She went back into the living room and laid on the couch till she grew tired and fell asleep.
