Aisha was floating around in an empty place. She had got trapped here previously when the explosion happened. But this wasn't her first time here. She had been here before. This place was eerie. There was nothing in sight and she felt incredibly lonely. Suddenly she felt Akki. Without thinking about it, she called out "Akki, help". But suddenly, the feeling got away and she continued being lonely. She couldn't help suspect that the previous feeling might have been an illusion. She continued floating around with no light, no sound, and nothing around here. She was struck with incredible loneliness. She thought about entering a hibernation type mode. But then she couldn't be rescued and that small sliver of hope would be extinguished.
But floating around with nothing in sight for an incredible amount of time wasn't an easy task. There weren't even stars or any other heavenly bodies visible. She was struggling to make the decision. Time passed and she couldn't bear it any longer. She started entering the hibernation state. Nobody knew when she would be out of this place again. Would she be able to see Akki again? Probably not since he would be dead by the time she was awake. She was started to go into a deep sleep and only a sliver of her consciousness was active. But just then she heard a voice. "Aisha, come out"
Was it a dream? Or a figment of her imagination? Whatever it was, she had to investigate. She couldn't jeopardize her chances of rescue. She forcefully woke herself up from the half-asleep state and started concentrating on the voice. It was Akki's voice. He was repeating the sentence again and again and seemed to be a bit tired. Then suddenly a smartphone appeared in front of her. 'How did he send an object here?', 'How could his voice reach here?' She wondered. But this wasn't the time for that. She quickly occupied the smartphone and attempted to exit this place.
Akki was having a hard time maintaining the rip in space. But for Aisha, he was giving everything he got. Soon his hard work bore fruit. A smartphone flew out of the rip. Aisha was back! Akki cheered and immediately collapsed. He couldn't even support himself to stand upright now but everything was worth it. Aisha was back. He felt as if a huge burden has been lifted off his shoulders.
"Akki, how did you manage to do this? " Aisha was pleasantly surprised. She didn't expect Akki to be able to pull off a rescue operation. "I have decided to become stronger" was Akki's reply. He was still panting due to overexertion. Aisha was also dazed. "I will help you become stronger" she replied. Akki was overjoyed. He had witnessed the strength of Aisha's soul. It could survive even when the body was destroyed in an explosion. "I will help you reform your body" Akki vowed in return. No further words were exchanged. They started silently gazing at the blue sky.
After a while, they returned home. Akki and Aisha started planning out their future. Akki would soon return to college and he was hoping to find materials such as stem cells useful for the reconstruction of Aisha's body. He also didn't slack on his daily training. The mission of getting stronger couldn't be accomplished in one day and they had to take it step by step.
Akki also hooked up the smartphone to his computer. Now Aisha wasn't as restricted. Although supercomputers not yet invented on earth would be required to operate Aisha at full capacity, any increment would be a welcome move at this point. Akki was also wracking his brain about how to increase her computing capacity. "Oh, I got it. A cryptocurrency" Akki exclaimed.
Aisha also got excited and started searching for information on cryptocurrency on the internet. After a preliminary scan, she had most of the info and started analyzing it. "We should something new and disruptive such that many people would be excited and start using it" she surmised. Akki was also deep in thought and said "we should make it our long term goal. It will increase your computing power and make us money, bringing us many benefits."
For the last few days in the home left, Akki started spending more time with his parents. He didn't introduce Aisha to them yet because it wasn't the right time. He would do so during the next semester holidays when Aisha has a new body. Yes, he made a resolution that he would help her obtain a new body by next year.
Aisha was also hard at work adjusting to this new world. Her advantage of being a superior lifeform from a technologically advanced civilization did not make her omnipotent. She was pushed to the point of desperation by just a mere carnivorous beast. That would be equivalent to an ant to her when she was at full strength. But now she only existed in her soul form with little offensive capabilities.
For Akki, a lion was a formidable creature but now he had the capabilities to take it on in a one on one fight. Not using external objects like guns but using the power of his own body. He was also thinking about Aisha's feelings. He knew that lions were endangered creatures and he cared about wildlife and the environment. But in this instance, his hot bloodedness wouldn't allow him to back down from a fight.
"Aisha, wanna take revenge?"
