Kimia's POV 🖤.
We were at the Acuario Nacional which was an aquarium that had a dolphinarium and sea lion shows.
We were watching the show when a dolphin swam up to me and rubbed his beak against my leg.
" Awwwn!" I cooed as I rubbed its head.
" He likes you." The instructor said and I smiled.
" Well I like him too."
He proceeded to rub his entire body against my leg and I laughed.
" What's his name?" I asked.
" Donny. He's a bottlenose dolphin we rescued from poachers. I'm surprised he let you pet him because he never let's anyone pet him. He must really like you."
" You hear that Ian, I'm not only attractive to humans, but to animals as well." I said and Damien and Fransisco chuckled.
" So the dolphin likes you, big deal! It likes me too. See?"
Sasha moved closer to him and he swam under splashing water on her.
" This is a custom made Chanel sundress! No it's ruined!" She screeched.
" If it was that expensive you shouldn't have worn it here where there's a probability of you getting splashed." Fransisco reasoned and she glared at him.
" Stupid dolphin!" She yelled.
Donny swam to surface and sprayed her with water from his blowhole causing her to screech again.
Donny swam up to me and I swear I saw him wink.
I am officially in love with dolphins.

We left the aquarium to the Santa Maria beach. We set up the chairs and umbrellas while Sasha went to change into her bikini.
Fransisco took off his t-shirt and I will admit that I stared at him for a while. He was lean and toned all over. He was hot, but Damien was way hotter.
Sasha came back wearing her sexy red bikini. She got a few stares from guys on the beach but she had eyes for one guy that happened to be my man.
" You look amazing babe!" Fransisco greeted and she smiled.
Her eyes flickered to Damien who was staring at something on his phone. She cleared her throat trying to get his attention but he didn't notice her.
He eventually looked up and smiled at her politely.
" You look nice." He said and her smile faltered a bit.
" Thank you."
I guess she was expecting something more than that.
Damien took off his t-shirt and I shamelessly stared at him. He was a perfect blend of muscle and leanness. He wasn't too beefy and he wasn't twig like. He was perfect.
Sasha and I caught some other women staring and she glared at them.
At least she's useful for something.
I was still the only one not in my swim wear and I intended to keep it that way. There was no use in changing since I was not getting in the water.
" Amelia are you coming?" Fransisco asked as they moved near the water.
" Nah I'm good!" I yelled back.
" Come on!"
" She can't swim." Damien said chuckling and I glared.
" Really?" Sasha asked and I nodded.
" Well I can teach you. I used to be a swimming instructor."
" I don't think learning how to swim, in the ocean is a good idea Sasha." I said smiling at her wearily.
" You'll be fine. I promise." She said smiling genuinely.
" Come on Lia." Damien said and I sighed.
I picked my bag and walked towards the changing room on the beach.
I brought out the bikini Carlos had sent me yesterday with a bunch of other clothes. It was a beautiful bright yellow two piece with a criss cross pattern at the front.
Have I ever mentioned how much I love Carlos?
I put it on and put my dress into the bag. I put on my sunglasses and beach hat and replaced my sandals with flip flops.
I walked out of the changing room with my head held high. I didn't care if my scar was on full display, I felt beautiful.
As I approached them, I saw Damien's jaw drop and smirked.
" You-you-wow! I honestly don't know what to say." He admitted pulling me in for a long kiss. I smiled victoriously at Sasha because I was able to make him speechless and she couldn't.
" You look beautiful Lia." Fransisco said giving me a thumbs up.
" Come on let's get you in the water." Sasha said pulling me towards the water.
" Okay so we'll start off by letting you get used to the water." She said as we ventured slowly into the water.
" Are you sure it's safe to learn in the ocean?" I asked wearily.
" You'll be fine, trust me."
That's gonna be a huge problem!
" Okay now that you're used to the water it's time for you to learn how to float."
She taught me how to float and I was actually doing it!
I was floating!
I felt myself drifting away and I sighed in satisfaction.
" This feels good Sasha."
I waited for a response but I got nothing. Then I raised my head up slightly and saw that I was far away from them. And I began to panick and started sinking.
" Help!"
" I can't swim!"
I tried as much as possible to stay afloat but I couldn't. It felt like my leg was tied to a weight. The salt water stung my lungs as it entered and I fell unconscious. It felt like I was falling down a never ending pit.
This is not how I wanted to die.
I could hear someone call my name but I couldn't respond.
Then I wasn't drowning anymore!
I felt pressure on my chest and I sat up coughing water.
"Fuck M-Lia you scared the hell out of me!" Damien exclaimed hugging me.
" You weren't kidding when you said you can't swim to save your life."
" Oh my God Amelia I'm so sorry!" Sasha the female dog said and I glared.
" Are you okay Amelia?" Fransisco asked worried and I smiled.
" I'm fine."
" I think Amelia will stay away from the water for now." Damien said wrapping a towel around my shoulders as he helped me up.
" That girl tried to drown me!" I fumed as we made our way back to our seats.
" It was an accident." Damien said drying my hair and I scoffed.
" She trying to make me look bad in front of you."
" That's just ridiculous. Sasha would never do that.
I looked at Damien in shock. I wasn't sure if he was plain oblivious or he couldn't believe it himself.
He dried my hair and kissed my forehead. I pouted and he chuckled. He touched my side lightly and I jumped back a bit.
" Wait, Mia are you ticklish?" He asked and I rolled my eyes. He moved closer and I stood up moving backwards.
" Why did you ask me if you're gonna tickle me?!"
" Come here Mia." He said in a sing song voice as he moved closer.
" You'll have to catch me first." I said as I ran off.
He chased me down the beach till I finally ran out of breath and slowed down.
Curse my short legs!
" Gotcha." He said wrapping his arms around my waist from behind as he turned me around and lifted me up in the air. He spun me around and I laughed. He finally put me down and smiled at me.
" Let's go." He said and I whined.
" My legs are tired from all that running." I said and he shook his head. He crouched down in front of me and told me to hop on.
I did and slapped him on the shoulder and yelled.
" Onward peasant!"
He rolled his eyes dramatically and started walking. He stopped in front of an ice-cream cart.
" One choclate lover's delight and one plain vanilla icecream both in waffle baskets please." He ordered and I smiled.
I loved the fact that he knew me well enough to know that I didn't order the same ice-cream flavours.
I got down from his back and he gave me my icecream. We walked back to our chairs hand in hand grinning like fools.
I saw Sasha looking at us.
It was no secret that she was still in love with Damien. But she already had a chance and she lost it.
Now it was my turn. And I'm not going to waste it.
