Steve Goris stood by the window, looking out at the scenery in the Crown family home. It's was quite a sunny day and the fact that he was standing all by himself was an amazing recovery.
He just finished his physiotherapy, and his therapist told him he is making a lot progress. It's been over one month since he had the heart surgery and recovering has taken a lot of his strength, it was a day at a time miracle.
Most importantly, he was surrounded by wonderful people, his sister, Brother Jon and the amazing Crown family. Steve Goris was most grateful for the support, and every day he says it, telling all of them how their support and care has helped him, reassuring him that he has to get up and move. Even grandma Crown who can be stern when he feels depressed and refuses to eat or take his drugs will come later to pet him, fussing over him.
