Chapter 32 - Owner of the fifth sword

Jeon Mary's POV:

Wang Bong brought us swords. She did some witchy juju which nearly made us all blind. She told us these swords will protect us. We just have to know a way to use it. Min Tae is right we don't even know how to hold a sword properly.

'How are we going to use it against anyone?' I thought.

The silver sword was calling me to hold it, to own it. I took it immediately. I saw everyone taking the different sword, no one was confuse about which sword they should take. Like it was pre-decided. I think everyone felt the same way, I did.

"There are only five swords of these kind exist" Wang Bong continued looking at the swords in our hand.

"Five!!!!... You made only four" replied Sashi, having a question mark on her face with confusion.

"Who is having the fifth one?" I asked inquisitively.

"The fifth and the oldest, the most powerful sword belongs to the royal family. It was given to Prince Min Dan Yul's great grandfather King Jung Gon." said Wang Bong in her signature story telling way.

"You mean Queen's grandfather?" Asked Min Tae curiously.

'curiosity is killing this cat' I thought.

"Yes, but not Queen Eun Ae, Queen Baram's grandfather. King of Seorabeol. The greatest of all the kings" said Wang Bong with proud in her eyes.

I can see respect in her eyes for that particular person. He must have been the personality who deserve it.

"What is Seorabeol?" Asked Sashi with muddled expressions.

"Gyeongju-si, were you ever mentally present in any lecture of history?" Said Min Tae in an annoyed tone.

"Nope, I had better work to do" said Sashi with a smirk.

"Of course you do, staring at the boys playing basketball" replied Min Tae rolling her eyes.

"It was basketball practice time they shouldn't keep lectures at that time, it's so unfair." Said Sashi in a disheartened tone.

"Ignore these two, please continue" I said with annoyance and Wang Bong continued,

"My grandmother was the most powerful witch of that time. She made that sword for his highness as a gift of gratitude. I don't know who is having that sword right now"

Wang Bong waited for a moment and asked, "Is there anyone who has seen Prince Min Dan Yul's sword?" particularly looking at Min Tae's direction for answer.

"Um well it is brown in colour and is having dragon at one side and tiger on the other side" she explained.

'Well, that was a detailed explaination. I must say'. Just how much she observed.' I thought looking at my sister.

"Oh great. They have passed it to the rightful owner, the crown prince. I should've guessed it. It's a relief that it is in the right hands" said Wang Bong while relaxing her tense facial muscles.

"When did you observed his sword?" asked Kari raising her eyebrow.

'Damn right question Kari.' I thought and started staring at Min Tae for answer.

"The day he saved me" replied Min Tae avoiding further details.

"OK enough of gossiping, we should start practice now. I will be leaving soon" said Wong Bong practically dragging us out of the house.

"So, this is how you hold it. Now, you can be attacked by any direction so you have to keep your eyes and ears open" said Wang Bong while holding a sword in her right hand. She dug five woods vertically and used it as mannequin for us.

She continued,

"The people standing in front of you are your enemies."

"These are woods" said Sashi mockingly.

"Concentrate Sashi and you are not joking around with Min Tae, apologise now" said Mary in a serious tone.

"Please forgive me Wang Bong" said Sashi while bowing her head in apology.

"It's completely fine Sashi" said Wang Bong and continued,

"Okay let's start with it"
