Aarav leaned his hand on his arms that rested on the side rails, watching as the nurse changed the IV Set. The sun hadn't risen yet, the only vague indicator of time.
He didn't even remember the events of the night. All he remembered was a loud crash, running out to find Jp slumped on the floor in the midst of the tables ruins.
The next few hours were a blur, carrying her to the car, the drive over to the hospital with Nagma who drove like a mad creature; Jp's hospitalization... Seemed more like a fever dream than anything.
