"Oh you're not getting out of this that fast." replied Marcus as he pushed Judah back from him a little ways before adding, "You have a lot to answer for mister."
"What, I couldn't help it. Marci said the job was important to her and that she herself felt she'd be harmed if I didn't deal with you as soon as possible." replied Judah, "What was I to do? Stay put and hope she was wrong? Hope that this fox wouldn't go after her, Katherine or one of the other girls?"
"No, that I respect you for, but I am more referring to why you didn't tell me. Does Ginny and Sophie know?" asked Marcus as he took another drink from his glass.
"Ginny thinks I've been searching for a mate while Sophie was told by Ono so. To help guide you as well as protect me." confessed Judah.
"So she too lied to me and blatantly allowed me to continue on some ruse, a witch hunt you could say." huffed Marcus as he crossed his arms a bit more frustrated with them both.
