"So what's your plan now that you've headed almost to the thieves guild searching for someone who apparently wasn't ever going to be there?" softly asked Sophie from his side were she sat in her clothes once more as they rode on Rebekah slept. As for them they'd both taken a short nap to recover enough strength to properly defend if need be.
"Well, both Ari and Ono reminded me that the Thief will seek me out and just to go back home for the time being. So I guess I will go back to the city after dropping you off at the village." confessed Marcus with a sigh not really sure what should be his next move.
"Tell me the truth what is bothering you Marcus?" asked Sophie as she placed a comforting paw on his thigh.
"I'm afraid I've put Rebekah in danger by bringing her along with me." confessed Marcus with a sigh as he looked off into the distance in shame.
