Ye Shin stared straight at the face of a Sage that had dwelled on the corner of the mansion. But as obscure as it sounds, not even a wisp of energy or any trace of its existence could be detected. Only the Sage could look at Ye Shin fully. While the latter was only dependent on her intuition.
It was a battle of a blank stare competition. One was scrutinizing the human while the other was trying to prove her sixth sense.
'There is a terrifying gaze on this side. But I am not certain what it is. Elder, can you sense it?' Ye Shin secretly asked the elder's soul within her.
'No, I don't think so.' the elder's soul responded.
'I am but devoid of form. I have no spirits nor a soul. How could this woman knew where I stand?' the Sage also asked in its thought. They were both suspicious.
