Chapter 23 - Lies ahead to our head.

After going with Holly to prison, Jackson went to the hospital to do therapy with Dr. Jasmine.

Jackson's POV

During the trip, Dr. Jasmine seemed to want to ask me the reason why I was in prison with a girl. I tried to respond later, but could she trust me if I told her about Holly's father? Relax, Jackson… Don't be afraid, give it a go. It won't leave wrong, right?

"Doc, I know for sure that doctor wanted to ask about why I was in prison, right?", I tried to ask her.

"Ah…"

As I guessed, she wanted to ask about that.

"I had found out, huh?"

It was noticeable that if she had any questions, she would stare at me at the red light. I also looked at her, if she wanted to ask, demand. I won't offend either, to be honest. I will answer the reason why I was in prison. But don't let her tell my dad, get berated by him.

"In prison earlier, who were you with? Your friend?", Finally Dr. Jasmine asked.

"Yes, she's my friend. Her name is Holly."

"Her name is particularly humble, as an incarnation of heaven. Both her parents have a singular way of giving a name to their child."

"Yes…"

"So, who did she visit in prison?"

"Her father."

"Her father?", She looks puzzled.

"Yes, her father incarcerates for the confusion that occurred during the bank robbery. Actually, he was not at indiscretion, but you know, there must be a swap between a thief and a hostage."

"Scott Ferguson."

I ogled, how did she know about Uncle Scott?

"That's his name, right?"

"Yes."

"I didn't mention your father about this, Jack. Aside from doing therapy with you, I got appointed to consult with Scott."

"Oh, yeah?"

Dr. Jasmine nodded as if she didn't want to talk much about Uncle Scott.

"Even though he's a good person. I want to know who could send down a good person like him?"

I'm implicit, even though I know who it is, I don't want to tell Dr. Jasmine about the culprit. I've kept my vow with Holly to keep things a secret about the incident involving her father.

"But, did you see for yourself what kind of person it is?"

"Yes, I see him."

"Oh, okay."

After arriving at the hospital, I signed up for therapy while Dr. Jasmine parked her car in the parking lot.

I took a step and saw Florence.

She also looked at me, as astounded.

"Jackson?"

"Florence?"

"What--- what are you doing here?"

"I…"

What should I say?

Ting.

Dr. Jasmine sent a message.

"Wait a minute."

I looked at the cellphone to check the message sent by Dr. Jasmine.

Dr. Jasmine: Say you are going to buying medicine, then you get out of the hospital. After that, you came here but through the back door.

Jackson: Okay.

I told my 'destination' to the hospital to Florence.

"Ah, sorry. My mother sent a message earlier, telling me not to forget what medicine I should buy."

Florence looks at me, "Are you sure?"

I nodded, "yes, of course."

She nodded, "Okay, I finished consulting with my doctor. This is the first day for me, so I hope you can take care of this."

"You didn't tell Maria you were coming here?"

She shook her head, "No. Besides, you won't know for yourself what it feels like to watch by a million eyes."

She looked around, passed me, and then whispered, "See you tomorrow at school, Jack."

See you tomorrow, Flo.

I watched her leave the hospital, opened her cell phone, then ordered a taxi online. It's time for me to go see Dr. Jasmine.

I went to the practice room, knocked on the door.

Tok. Tok. Tok.

"Ah, yes, Isaac. Yes, go on."

Wait, who is she having sex with?

I opened the door, saw Dr. Jasmine is with a man who is fixing a clock. Seeing my arrival, she immediately greeted, "Are you safe?"

"Yes ...", I still saw that man.

I haven't seen that guy before. From the looks of it, he is in his 25s. Keeping up with his posture, it looks like he likes sports.

"Jack, this is… my boyfriend. He's a fellow doctor at this hospital."

The man saw me, then walked over in a fictional doctor's way.

"Dr. Isaac Garcia. Nice to meet you, Jackson."

The doctor's name was Dr. Isaac.

"Nice to meet you too, doc."

"Then Jasmine, see you tonight, okay?", He left us both.

"Okay."

I looked at her, "You didn't say that you had a boyfriend."

"Yes, I'm sorry."

"It is okay."

We started therapy about the problem that happened to me.

"Doc, I want to tell you."

"What?"

"So, recently I told my friend that I have bipolar."

"Who?"

"My friend that you saw when you picked me up at the prison."

She realized who I meant, "Oh, her?"

"Yes."

Then I asked myself, "Actually, what is bipolar disorder? I haven't had time to find out about it. I'm afraid it's some kind of physical disorder, but I see on my body that I'm normal."

"Bipolar disorder is a mental disorder portrayed by depression. Did you experience this during your career?"

Hmm… I actually like to be depressing.

"During the trouble, a person feels happy often makes stupid decisions for the results." Dr. Jasmine added an explanation about bipolar.

I remember, "But, it's more dominant if I like stress. That belongs to bipolar, right?"

"That means it could be because the threat factors for bipolar are a history of childhood use and stress."

"Look, Jack ... If bipolar notes created by drugs or a medical problem, it is not granted a bipolar disorder. There are many disorders based on bipolar disorder."

"Is that what the doctor said was bipolar disorder?"

"Yes."

That's a lot.

"Is there some way around it all?"

"There is a way to handle bipolar disorder by deal with medication."

"I have to take medicine?"

"It adds on Psychotherapy, which aims to help people understand the diagnosis. That's why we do this instead of me offering you some drugs, right?"

That's right.

"That's all the discussion for today."

I got up from the chair, "Thank you, doc."

"You're welcome."

When I came out, there was a chair waiting for the patient in front of the room. Right in the middle, there is Florence.

"You lied about taking medicine…", She looked at me with disappointment.
