The cold grew to be more deadly when all attention was on the creature with an ax and the human with a bow and quiver. The silence is nerve-wracking. Only the loud thumping sound of my heart filled my frozen ears.
I release a cloud of mist when I breathed out of my mouth to stop myself from my obvious shiver and dread. There were many gazes on me, but I decided to ignore them and caught the worrisome green orbs and the icy blue eyes instead.
