Chapter 117 - Eldham I

The carriage went over a small and sturdy stone bridge to cross over the flowing river coming from the mountains. I realized that the sun barely shines in this part of the kingdom as the temperature has tremendously dropped, and I feel the coldness on my fingertips as I touch the glass window. 

I now understand why my father would wear such a thick cloak, and if only someone warned me about the temperature in this town, then maybe I would have worn a dress with long sleeves and thicker in fabric. 

The wagon slowed down as we pass by the stoned entrance. I get closer to the window to see the knights guarding by the gates only to lean backward in shock, and I fall on Ducan's lap.
