"That tension we both feel every time you're around makes me curl up my toes," I whisper as I blush, "And let's not forget the butterflies in my stomach."
...
After hitting Ansh to my heart's content and him squealing like a little girl, I have my breakfast and head upstairs, pausing in front of Ayan's room.
'Fuck it,' I think to myself and walk into his room, shutting the door behind me. Stopping in front of the trash can, I fidget nervously. I peer into the dustbin; besides the note, there are a few tissues dumped in it.
Groaning, I contemplate about retreating. A piece of paper isn't worth putting your hand in a bin full of used tissues.
But my heart has other plans.
I gag, covering my mouth with one hand while my other hand goes inside the trash can, taking out that note. Uncrumpling the piece of paper, I read 'I like you too' again before folding it neatly and slipping it in my back pocket.
