As soon as I walk out of the washroom and move towards my bed, my eyes go wide with fear. I feel like my heart would explode any second. My mind is telling me to run away fast but my body remains planted where I am.
Sweat starts trickling down my neck and my hands start trembling. I open my mouth to scream but no voice comes out.
I clear my throat and scream as loud as possible, "S-snake! There's a snake. OH, MY GOD. THERE'S A SNAKE ON MY BED. HELPPP!"
My heart throbs in fear, as somehow, I make my way towards the door. I hear laughter behind the door and reach my hand towards the doorknob.
My nails dig into my skin as I watch Ansh howling with laughter, slapping his head up and down almost involuntarily. He's joined by Tara who can barely breathe from laughing so much.
