Maya's POV
We eat dinner, and I am glad my grandfather avoided the issue about Adonis and me. I don't want him to ask me about my relationship with him because I don't wish to lie to my grandparents, but I require him to, so they will not worry about me anymore. They are both old, and they don't need to be stressed about my colorful love life, especially my grandmother who has an illness.
I cleaned the dining table and I wash the dishes, while our grandparents retire to their room early while my sister is on my side the whole time, and I know what she wants, and she won't stop until I will inform her what happened this afternoon at the Hernandez Hacienda. I pulled her outside, and we sat on the bamboo bench near our garden; we are whispering to each other since I don't want our grandparents to hear what we were talking about. I told her everything and I can see the excitement on her face, and I realize she is our number one fan, and she always wishes me to end up with Adonis.
