Today is the happiest day of my life since I left Maya; our friends' wedding gives me many opportunities to be close to my ex-girlfriend. I didn't realize Chris was serious when he told me I have to leave everything to him, and it works for us. When I kissed Maya in front of all the guests in the reception, it feels like I am the groom and Maya is the bride. I know I kissed her last night during our date, but it feels so different today because we've got witnesses, and I hope all the single men in the entire reception got my message that Maya Alva only belongs to me.
