Chapter 9 - Chapter 8: Revelation

In this chapter may Fei rest in peace. (>ლ) ┬─┬ノ( º _ ºノ)

"Don't think I didn't notice you trying to set up my disciples. Don't think I'm so easy to set up. If I were you I would back up or else nothing will end good."

Under the sky, a hue so gentle between cloud and baby-blue, stood a group of elders. The sun cast rays of sunlight into the tense atmosphere as if trying to calm it. Cherry blossom petals fluttered in landing gently on the clean floor of the hall.

In the middle of the hall stood a youthful male as he stared angrily into his fellow elders eyes.

His arms were behind his back as he back was as straight as an ironing board.

His usual gentle expression and tone was replaced with one of anger.

His long sleek locks of black hair bellowed behind him violently. His eyes were a mesmerizing deep obsidian, flecks of silvery light performed ballets throughout. But was concealed with his silk mask. His face was strong and defined, his features molded from the finest jade.

He had dark eyebrows, which sloped downwards in a serious expression. He possessed a slender and rounded nose. His perfect lips ripe for the kissing. A frown was worn upon his handsome face.

"Answer me now. Were you or were you not setting up arrays in the arena that the Sect Leader hadn't asked of you! You better not lie or else..."

The rest of the hall was completely silent. Never had they seen Elder Hong so angry.

A reassuring hand found it's way to the angered elder.

It was the Sect Leader, Changmin.

A empathetic expression plastered on his wrinkled face.

"As much as I don't condone such actions you need to calm down and not blatantly accuse him without evidence."

The elder snickered in reply.

He didn't know why he was so angry.

Fei took a deep breath before forcing a smile on his lips.

"Thank you Sect Leader. I went out of my respected boundaries. But don't worry I have plenty of evidence. I dare not accuse him without it."

"Y-Your spouting lies!"

The elder cowered in the fierce gaze of the person he hated most.

"Then answer me this. Why does your words waver along with your soul. It can not lie. Either you tell me what you did here in front of everyone or else I will make sure you face worse. I am not one to allow my dear disciples to face such harassments."

The older elder shook with anger, frustration and fear. Sweat trickled down his wrinkled brow.

"I'll give you a chance now. You tell your wrongs or I'll expose you personally. It won't make a difference to me."

He shifted his eyes away from Fei to look into the Sect Leader's. As if begging for help.

The response to the silent please was a sigh and a shake of the male's head.

"If Fei is truly lying I will punish him. But if he isn't I may have to revoke you title as elder or send you off somewhere for a few years."

At these words the elder's eyes bulged, anger evident in them. With gritted teeth he spat out,

"Y-Your would do that for such an imbecile!"

"If I were you I would watch your tongue Elder Sheng. You know it is an unspoken rule as to not tamper with the arena area. That is a massive crime. Not only is it unfair to everyone else you are putting others in danger. Now Elder Hong where is this evidence you speak of."

"Of course Sect Leader I have it right here."

The handsome male took out a mirror from his spatial ring and handed it to Cheng.

"This is a mirror capable of capturing scenes. One called the 'Truth Mirror' for good reason. It can only be used to a max of 5 times. But with this ability it is extremely rare. You used such a precious resource for this?"

The usually stoic male nodded.

"Of course, if it comes to my disciples I will mot hesitate to use resources to ensure their safety."

The Sect Leader chuckled at the words.

"I had never expected such a phrase from you Elder Hong. It's a good thing. You have shown you truly care for them. How wonderful. Anyways let's see what the mirror contains."

The mirror was thrown up and it expanded into a large screen so all of the elders were able to see clearly what was about to unfold.

A hazy image appeared as it slowly gained quality.

Within in displayed a figure which everyone easily identified as Elder Sheng. Everyone noted how he seem to be sneaking about. Constantly checking if the cost was clear.

Soon he began casting an unusual array.

"T-That's the Demon Summoning Array and another one is The Nullification Array that is able to cause the forcefield we were going to have to be taken down."

An elder exclaimed in shock.

The female elder grabbed the collar of the now frightened old man.

Her face contorted into one of disgust and disbelief. She slapped him harshly across the face.

"To think we have such an elder in our Sect disgusts me. You are a rebel. You were about to put mine and everyone else's disciples in danger for some measly revenge. How revolting. Are you apart of some *mojiao or something!?"

*Mojiao (魔教): An accusatory term referring to heretic sects, evil gangs, etc. Note that such gangs seldom refer to themselves as mojiao. They tend to have actual names.

She kicked him where it hurts. He shrieked in pain.

Everyone couldn't help but be slightly intimidated.

'How fierce. I was mad but she seems furious. But he deserves it.'

Fei hummed, enjoying the scene happening before him. He turned to the Sect Leader.

"I believe that is enough evidence."

"Yes it is, I can't believe he would do such a reckless thing. I am both disappointed and angered. Thank you for bringing this matter to us. I shall handle the rest."

"Thank you."

Fei quickly bowed before taking his leave.

'Now that's settle I have some other matter to take care of. But I guess I can put those on hold for the time being.'

----------------

'That is adorable! System Xiao UWU take a picture quickly! I mean right this moment!'

The male cooed softly at the scene. Internally squealing.

Although he couldn't see them he could see the outline of the duo. He wanted to savor the moment so he could look at it in the future.

Cuddled into the front of the sleeping teen was a young child, too big to be a baby but still very young. For the most part he kept his head buried in his robe, his black tufty hair sticking out behind like he'd just woken up from a long nap.

His fingers curled into the fabric, not clasping it tightly, but just enough to reassure him they were staying together. Against his black robe his pale skin was flawless, beautiful. It contrasted gorgeously.

Fei wanted to scoop him up, to give him a hug of his own, but he wouldn't want to wake either of them.

The soft lamp-light fell on Cheng a few strands of hair glittering. His chin was sunk on the top of the child's head.

It was the image of big spoon hugging little spoon.

'They must have been exhausted from training. But to think they would get along so well! I guess I should leave them be.'

-------------

Fei sat cross legged in a spare guest room as the other two preoccupies his room.

He lay his head down on the hard pillow.

'I can never get used to these damn *ceramic pillows."

*Pillows built in ancient china. Usually made of jade or porcelain but sometimes rocks.

He decided to review the bits of the story he remember.

"Okay there are a few potential children I could take in....wait no they wouldn't work. Oh yeah when will the protagonist meet the female lead.

She was so damn badass yet elegant. I made her so cool didn't I."

Fei couldn't help but mentally cheer at himself. He mindlessly asked the system a question.

"Xiao UWU I have a question."

[Yes host! I shall answer anything to the best of my ability! (~˘▾˘)~]

"So anything I wrote in my novel, everything became reality here?"

[Yep host! Even how the story ended! ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ]

"Oh okay. Simple enough..."

The room was filled with silence.

Fei would have gazed at those bright friends of the moon and their pattern that seems so fixed and yet ever-changing, distant lights to call her heart, to inspire dreams of other worlds. But he was met with bleak darkness.

The gears in his brain began to turn slowly.

"Would you perhaps mind repeating what you said Xiao UWU."

[Of course host! ☜(⌒▽⌒)☞. Well anything written was transferred as the script for this story line.]

"Oh okay.....wait hold up. Hold my damn chicken nuggests!"

Fei shot up from the bed cupping his mouth with his palm. His eyes bulging at the realisation.

"We have a huge problem. The ideal, the ideal wide for our female lead has a-a-a-a"

[What is it host! What's wrong. Your scaring me! 。゜(`Д')゜。]

"The female lead has a-a-a.. I can't bring myself to say it!"

[She has a what!?]

"She has a d*ck!"

Screams soon ensued. Absolute mayhem happening in the room.

[What do we do host! ┬─┬ ︵ /(.□. )]

"Do I look like I know. We n-need to stay calm and work this out together."

The system and host duo stared at each other before high fiving.

[(ó ì_í)=óò=(ì_í ò)]

'Well what the heck do I do now. Okay this might only be a possibility. A very likely possibility! Oh why sister! (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻ (ಥ﹏ಥ). Well screw me. I need to not only fix this but also find my other disciple! How troublesome.'

The loud noise had awoken the once hibernating bear disciples.

The doors burst open revealing the disheveled duo.

"What's wrong shifu?"

Fei instantly fixed his demeanor and appearance as if nothing happened.

"It was nothing. Go back to resting. You must have been imagining it."

Fei lied through his teeth but luckily the mask hid his distressed and panicked expression.

'Everything happened! Help!'
