The pure sight of Isabela smiling at us left me completely speechless. A light embedded in my eyes that she was the only one I can clearly see. Taking light steps, I quickly went in her direction and hug her very tightly.
Crying out her name, I felt Jea's presence behind me, hugging the both of us from behind. Her hug was suffocating and yet it's fulfilling the emptiness I was feeling since yesterday.
I looked at her face and roamed my eyes around her body to check if she has a wound. A bandage on her left arm quickly captured my attention, remembering the paper that I saw earlier.
Blood can be seen on it, tinting the white bandage wrapped around her arm. I touched it, but quickly halt my hands when she automatically flinched from my touch. I look at her in sorry, apologizing for such action.
"It's okay, silly," She laughed at me, looking at my sorry face.
