Ha-Eun's POV:
I stopped hustling in his arms while he was embracing me tightly from behind. His sudden confession made me totally baffled. I could also feel his warm teardrops dripping on my shoulder which was too heartfelt.
After being awfully silent for a while, he unleashed his grip and came forward to stand facing me. My eyes were teary as I was ogling at him with a sigh. He was wiping out his tears while trying to act firm in front of me.
"I... I am scared to be happy... Whenever I thought of a happy beginning, it always led me to a miserable turning. When... you confessed your feelings to me, I ran away like a coward... I acted like a jerk..." He was conveying his feelings to me in a broken voice. I was totally still and frozen while staring at his intense eyes...
