Luna's POV:
"This time... We are meeting as business partners!" Alex gently smiled while his dark brown eyes were gazing at me while speaking.
He was looking too handsome, especially when my heart recognizes him as Ji-Hoo, I don't know why but my heart flutters... Maybe that's because a part of my heart still belongs to Ha-Eun! Damn, how bothersome!
"Well yeah, unexpectedly, we need to work as business partners!" I murmured while trying to avoid eye contact with him.
"Well you don't need to worry Miss Kim, I will help out with everything!" He tried to assure me with his warm smile. His personal assistant Mr. Shin came and stood by him with a cold expression.
"Actually Mr. Ri will manage everything for me. Ohh, Mr. Ri, you two should introduce yourselves! Umm Mr. Choi, he is my personal assistant as well as my bodyguard too!" I replied in a dense voice while glancing at Mr. Ri. Alex seemed to be a bit offended with my answer.
He gently stretched out his right hand for a formal handshake with Alex.
"Nice to meet you, Mr. Ri." Alex followed his greeting while staring at him cryptically.
As we went inside, I was stunned by the majestic view. Woah! I still can't believe I am the heiress of this huge office! I was gazing at the office with my eyes wide open.
Watching my reaction, Alex smirked at me. "Is this your first day here?" He questioned me pretty sharply.
"What? Huh, no! I-I have come plenty of times before!" I tried to lie clumsily so that my dignity shouldn't lower in front of him.
"Okay, I get it!" He snorted at my response while trying hard to control his laugh.
"Welcome, ma'am!" A tall good-looking man came towards me while greeting politely. "I am Mr. Wang, the director-in-charge of Kim Merchandise. As this is your first day here, we welcome you to the office heartily. Hello Mr. Choi, it's a pleasure to have you in our office!" He spoke very boldly with a calm gesture.
"Pffft!" Alex couldn't hold his laughter anymore as Mr. Wang exposed my lie pretty badly.
I was totally flustered with the awkward situation. "Hmm," I grumbled at Mr.Wang as I was agitated with him.
"Please come with me to the meeting room. We will be signing the agreement there." Mr. Wang spoke slowly as he started guided us the way while we were following him.
Alex was walking beside me. I could perceive that he was still giggling at me.
"Umm, Miss Kim do you which way the lift is?" He chuckled while asking me.
"Okay stop teasing me!" I was sulking as he was enjoying too much while making fun of my lie.
As we reached the meeting room I saw there were many other members from both Choi and Kim group. I sensed that virtual agreement is probably a big thing in the business world.
I looked at Mr. Ri, he looked very calm and composed. "Hey, have you attended this kind of agreement prior?" I whispered to him confusedly.
"Yes ma'am, I will help you with it!" He responded to me with a warm assurance.
As soon as the meeting began, all the members were expressing their points in the agreement. But sadly, everything was completely new to me. I was constantly yawning and looking at my wristwatch but it was too pathetic to deal with as I was not getting a single thing!
"Ugghhh, this is so boring! Why am I even involved in this boring meeting? I am not getting a single blabbering! I miss my cafe! I wish I could have a warm cafe latte with extra sugar while gazing at the beautiful view from my cabinet! Ahhhh, life was so peaceful!" I was thinking nonchalantly while gazing at the members.
All of a sudden I looked at Alex who was seated opposite my chair. He was blazing with handsomeness in that Armani suit while paying complete attention to the meeting.
"I still remember Ji-Hoo dreamt of having a royal black Armani suit someday! But we couldn't afford it at that time though I knew he would look strikingly handsome... Seeing him today in that suit somehow pains my heart! I never imagined with the cost of Ha-Eun's life I could see everything I ever wanted... It makes me sad and happy both..." I was lost in my thoughts while unknowingly gazing at him.
"So Miss Kim and Mr. Choi are you two okay with the agreements?" Suddenly a young man asked both of us to my surprise.
"Yes, it's fine!" Alex replied abruptly.
Shit! I didn't listen to anything! Damn, what am I gonna answer now? I looked at Mr. Ri with a panicked expression and saw he was already watching me...
"Yes, we are okay with it!" Mr. Ri answered on my behalf, probably he understood my clumsiness. I huffed in relief while smiling satisfyingly at him.
"Great! Then can please both of you come and sign the papers?" The man asked us very politely.
Both of us stood up from our seats, I guess it's time for the confirmation of the deal.

Luna and Alex gently walked to the papers and Alex signed it prior. Luna slowly followed him accordingly.
"I guess from today we are officially business partners now! Let's greet each other formally with the beginning!" Alex slowly stretched his right hand towards Luna for a formal greet.
"Of course!" Luna followed his handshake with a cryptic grin on her face.
"I will definitely bring out your real motive behind approaching me! I will uncover your real identity too! Let's see, if you are really Ji-Hoo or someone else!" Luna thought silently while greeting him.
"I will make sure to protect you from that greedy bastard, Luna! I will make sure to melt your cold armor against me! I won't... give up!" Alex thought quietly while staring at her...
